Synergy Middle East's dedicated team is spearheaded by Mohammed Sajid Khan as Managing Director, who has wide experience in banking, financial sector, and outsourcing since 1998 in Bahrain with proven track records for an international bank in credit cards and personal loans. His expertise lies in sales training, team building and performance management to ensure client's expected targets are met.

Overall management and marketing of the company is in the able and experienced hands of Lini Madhavan as General Manager, a Chartered Marketer (CIM, UK) with more than a decade's experience in outsourcing, publishing, marketing planning, market research and training.

Outsourcing division has a team of business development managers supported by central operations experienced in handling recruitments, HR and payroll management on behalf of clients.

Customised delivery solutions has dedicated experienced delivery personnel with excellent knowledge of Bahrain roads ensuring prompt deliveries to clients.

Event management services are coordinated by a small, experienced team with expertise in event marketing, sponsorship management and overall event management.
